Casa Anna Vera is an ideal base from which to walk this area of the northern Costa Blanca known as the Marina Alta. Many say that it is a walkers paradise. Discover for yourself the many tracks and trails that criss-cross this mountainous landscape and enjoy the spectacular views and beautiful scenery. We will provide you with a guide of twenty walks, including hand drawn maps, each graded from easy to strenuous all of which can be completed in one day, ranging from 2.5 to 6.5 hours. Most of the walks are suitable for anyone with a reasonable degree of fitness. There is no need to rush, enjoy these walks at your leisure, take a picnic under the shade of an olive tree and you will enjoy a part of Spain far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The region is blessed with a good climate most of the year but be prepared to take a sun hat or windproof jacket depending on the season. A lightweight pair of walking boots with ankle support is recommended for this type of terrain. Groups of up to 8 people can be accommodated at Casa Anna Vera although larger groups can be catered for by sharing accommodation with another B&B in the village.
